Vicky M. Wong, President & CEO
Vicky leads our new business development, strategic planning and the overall operations of the agency. She has over 20 years of experience in advertising account management and consumer marketing. Before joining DAE, Vicky worked for Ogilvy & Mather, Hong Kong and was in charge of many major international accounts including American Express and Philips. Vicky’s corporate experience saw her running consumer marketing at a regional satellite broadcast company in Malaysia. A native of Hong Kong, Vicky is a graduate of The Baptist University in Hong Kong. Greg Chew, Co-founder, Director of Community Relations
Recently reappointed by City of San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom as San Francisco Film Commissioner until 2011, Greg serves on numerous business, cultural, art and humanitarian organizations in the Asian American communities. With close to two decades serving at ‘traditional’ mainstream advertising firms like Foote, Cone & Belding, he was one of the original creative team that created the highly successful ‘California Dancing Raisins’ campaign. In 1990 Greg co-founded DAE with the belief that “businesses winning the hearts and minds of the new America will be rewarded." Commissioner Chew has taught Advertising, Marketing, Art Direction and Design courses for 20 years at Academy of Art University, U.C. Berkeley Extension and San Jose State University. He also is founding member of The Asian American Advertising Federation.(3AF's). Fan Chew, Vice President
Fan Chew brings over 13 years of advertising & marketing experience to DAE. As a
Vice President, she is tasked with providing brand management Prior to moving to the United States, Fan held senior management positions at multi-national agencies across Asia including Grey Worldwide (Malaysia and Thailand), J.Walter Thompson (Malaysia) and Bates Asia (Hong Kong). She thrives on managing the regional businesses of blue chip clients like Procter & Gamble, HSBC, Shell and Dannon across markets such as Vietnam, India, Philippines, Indonesia, China and Singapore, to name a few. Fan earned her Bachelor of Commerce Degree from The University of Western Australia and speaks three languages fluently. Sunny Teo, Executive Creative Director
Sunny started his advertising career at age three when his mom, a fashion designer, placed him under her worktable and gave him a pencil and a sketchpad. From there, he leveraged his love for the visual arts into more than 20 years of award winning multi-national agency experience, in Singapore, Australia, and the U.S. Lilian Lee , Account Director
Lilian has over 10 years of experience in the client services industry across the U.S. and Asia. Lilian has worked with leading traditional and digital , interactive advertising agencies in New York City such as DDB, OMD, Hall and Partners and Critical Mass. She has taken on leadership roles within Account Service and Strategic Planning teams working on numerous accounts including Citibank, Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo, Mercedes-Benz, Grey Goose Vodka, Ritz-Carlton, Blackberry and Mitsubishi.
